Saturday was a special day for the Shaw Lanes Bowling Center as more than forty Team Shaw volunteers came together for the Extreme Bowling Makeover. The bowling makeover is a self-help event that includes the installation of new landscaping, one hundred thirty bowling balls, one hundred sixty pins, fresh coat of paint, and a state of the art music video system. The Bowling Network Console has the capability to play music videos from all genres and with the press of a button switch to live tv, dvd's, and more. Bowling center manger Horace Garrison said the new video system and improvements positions Shaw Lanes as the perfect place for teen lock-ins, league tournaments, and bowling in general.
