McElveen ILC is committed to providing quality programs and facilities for the youth of Shaw AFB. There are two components that make up the Youth Services division of McElveen ILC - The Children's World and the Teen Area. The Children's World consists of an extensive collection of emerging reader books, fiction, and nonfiction books, Peek-A-Book interactive learning software for children, and an arts and craft area. The Teen Area features a collection of young adult fiction/nonfiction materials.
